This is a no-recipe recipe for banana pudding. Nothing could be easier to add to your collection of healthy recipes. It's suitable for a vegan diet, vegetarian diet, or raw diet, and has only one necessary ingredient--bananas. You can use endless variations to make this banana pudding taste a bit different each time you make it, so you'll never get tired of it.
Banana Pudding (Raw)
Ingredient:
Bananas
Instructions:
Place four bananas in food processor until smooth and creamy.
Yield:
Serves two couch potatoes or one athlete for a healthy snack. Double amount for a meal.
That's it -- ridiculously easy!
Variations: Add any or all of the following:
Banana Ice Cream -- Use frozen chunks of bananas
instead of room temperature or chilled.
Vanilla -- Add 1 t. pure vanilla extract or a pinch of
vanilla bean powder.
Sweeter pudding -- Add 2-4 large, soft dates (if not
soft, soak in a small amount of water first).
Thicker pudding -- Add 2 T. chia seeds and chill 30-60
minutes before serving.
Spiced -- Sprinkle top with nutmeg and/or cinnamon.
Banana Nut Pudding -- Add all of the above and
sprinkle with chopped walnuts and/or pecans.
